We are an independent company. We are not a branch, not a subsidiary, and not a factory sales desk.
Tengdian is not tied to a single manufacturer. We work with different qualified manufacturers and suppliers, depending on what each project actually needs.
This gives us the flexibility to compare technical options, coordinate drawings and components, follow up on quality, and keep delivery on track. Throughout the process, clients communicate directly with our team.

Many buildings operate elevators with aging control systems, door equipment, cabins or safety components. Depending on the condition of the existing equipment and the project requirements, modernization may allow suitable components to be retained while selected systems are upgraded. This can help reduce disruption, improve reliability and safety, and manage investment compared with full replacement. The recommended scope, estimated cost and expected service life are assessed individually based on site conditions, retained equipment, applicable standards and maintenance requirements.
Navigating CE, TÜV, EN 81, and local codes when sourcing from China is complex. We have managed certification and compliance for 9+ years across multiple markets. With TRIDENT's TÜV/CE-certified brand, we speak both technical and regulatory languages — so you don't have to.
We actively develop markets and build direct relationships with end users, developers, and contractors — not just distributors. When clients in Saudi Arabia, Australia, or Europe need clear, technical English communication, they speak directly with us, not script-reading factory sales representatives.
Certification & Compliance
Different markets require different certificates and technical documents. For each project, we check what is required and confirm that the proposed equipment and documents match the destination market. Copies can be provided for review when needed.
A Note from Cindy
Before starting Tengdian in 2017, I spent seven years working for a major elevator manufacturer. That experience taught me how much an international project depends on clear specifications, practical communication and consistent follow-up.
I started Tengdian because I wanted clients to have a team that would look carefully at the details, speak honestly about what is workable, and stay involved through inspection and delivery.
